Ingredients used
Chicken breasts 2
lime juice 4 tea spoons
egg 1 beaten
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation
Shred the chicken breasts into thin long pieces.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, red chilli powder and lime juice on the chicken pieces and mix well.
Leave it for an hour in the refrigerator.
Dip in the beaten egg and roll over in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in oil , until they are golden and crisp.
Serve with lime wedges .
My son LOVES them Seena. They looks delicious. I usually bake them, deep frying gives them a good crunch!:)
ReplyDeleteHi Seena, I love this recipe they look so golden and tasty. I could well imagine the whole family eating these delicious chicken fingers, I bet they would taste great served with a garlic mayonaise dip. :-D
