Ingredients
Bread slices 3
Milk or Coconut milk ½ cup
Egg 1
Sugar 1 table spoon or as desired
Cardamom 1 crushed
Oil or ghee for frying
How to prepare
Break egg into a bowl. Add milk, sugar and crushed cardamom. Mix very well. Chop the sides of bread slices and cut into triangle shape. Heat two tea spoons oil or ghee in a non stick pan. Dip bread slices in the above mixture and fry. Turn when one side is brown. Fry other side. Takes only few seconds.

This reminds of the time when we were kids. Mom used to make this dish regularly for sunday breakfasts. It was quick & delicious.
