ReplyDeleteI dont know how to thank you.. I got married just 4 months ago and is in USA with my husband now.. I was a big zero as far as cooking is concerned.. But now.. with your help.. I am flourishing... I have tried so many of your recipes.. so many of them..but what made me leave this comment is the party we arranged yesterday for my husbnad's friends. they are non malayalees and they are not vry used to kerala food. but the feedback was too good and they were saying "awsome" repeaedly when they were having food.. we are really happy and thought of thanking this unseen friend.. thanks so much.. and expecting more in the future...Insha Allah..

ReplyDeleteHi Seena,
ReplyDeleteI have tried many of your recipes and we all are admirers of your recipes.
This sunday i tried this recipe. Was easy to make. But my family didn't like the sour taste of yoghurt (which is added alone with the vegetable mix). I used "naadan thairu". Is it because the thairu was more sour than expected? Other than that, it was all ok.
Also, i didnt get the vegetables in the same colour as is given in the pic. My vegetables lost colour. How did you steam the vegetables?
Regards
Raji
