Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 medium size
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Green chilly - 1
Garlic ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coconut grated – 2 table spoon
Curry leaves,
Coconut oil
Salt
Coriander leaves
How to prepare
Heat little oil in a pan.
Fry grated coconut till brown.
Boil water.
Soak cauliflower in this for few minutes.Boil water.
Remove.
Heat oil.
Saute chopped onions till transparent.Heat oil.
Add chopped tomato, garlic ginger paste, all the powders, salt in to this and stir.
Add cauliflower and mix well.Let the masalas cover the cauliflower.
Blend fried coconut with little water.
Pour this into the above preparation.Blend fried coconut with little water.
Boil for few minutes, till the curry turns thick.
