Ingredients
coconut grated- 1 cup,
shallots(small onions)-5 nos,tamarind-1 goose berry size or raw mango pieces-of one mango,
curry leaves -few,ginger - 1 inch piece,
chilly powder-one tea spoon,green chilly - 2
saltgarlic - 1 clove optional
Method
Grind all the ingredients together .
Have with rice and curd,vegetable curry or fish curry.Best with dosas and idlies also.
