Scrambled Egg



INGREDIENTS
Egg - one,
onions - 2,
tomatoes - 2,
green chillies - 2,
turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon,
chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon,
mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon,
coconut oil - 1 table spoon,
salt,
curry leaves.

METHOD

Heat oil.
Allow mustard seeds splutter.
Saute chopped onions for a while.
Add chopped tomatoes, slit green chillies, curry leaves , salt and all the powders.
Stir till cooked.
Break egg and add into this, stir well till cook.
You can make this without egg.
Best with chapati and rice.

    i tried ur scrambled egg recipe wid chapathi,it was really gud.frankly before makng it i thought it wont b dat gud,but wen i tasted it........ yummy......
    and u knw wat 2day i ate it in my breakfast 2 wid bread toast and lots of butter....

  2. Divya, scrambled egg nallathalla ennaru paranjalum njan sammathikkilla ketto :D U know once I had a time that I took it for me and my friends with chappathi and rice for lunch during college days. Even y'day I cooked it for kids.. :)
    Yeah, with bread too, it is good.

  3. tried ur scrambled egg.. it is good... i suggest u to add more egg recepies like dis which is easy to cook n more nutritional... it will be more helpful for bachelors staying alone like me...
